HFEH Mind is an independent charity in West London which has been delivering mental health services and support to London residents for over 30 years. Their mission is to “provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. The charity campaigns to improve services, raise awareness, promote wellbeing and support recovery.”
The challenge
HFEH Mind works across multiple locations and projects. Before iaptus, teams were unable to communicate securely in real time. The previous system was only accessible on certain laptops, and data was disjointed, often reliant on spreadsheets and paper records. As the charity grew, they needed one system to enable cross-working, prove outcomes for projects, provide data to apply for more funding and ultimately help even more young people.
The solution
iaptus has been designed by Mayden to support psychological therapy teams in CAMHS settings and other NHS commissioned services. The system can be tailored to your service’s care pathways and help you meet particular targets and reporting requirements.
HFEH Mind were able to customise the care pathways in iaptus to reflect their early intervention services in community and school settings, adopting digital tools at multiple points to increase engagement with children and young people.
