Supporting the growth of children’s mental health charity in West London

HFEH Mind is an independent charity in West London which has been delivering mental health services and support to London residents for over 30 years. Their mission is to “provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. The charity campaigns to improve services, raise awareness, promote wellbeing and support recovery.”
The challenge
HFEH Mind works across multiple locations and projects. Before iaptus, teams were unable to communicate securely in real time. The previous system was only accessible on certain laptops, and data was disjointed, often reliant on spreadsheets and paper records. As the charity grew, they needed one system to enable cross-working, prove outcomes for projects, provide data to apply for more funding and ultimately help even more young people.
The solution

As we to continue to grow, our data must be perfect and we must prove outcome measures to win funding. But iaptus helps us track and prove outcomes for every project. We’re hoping to submit more bids and ultimately help even more young people.
