Xyla Digital Therapies was designed to help further increase the reach and accessibility of assessments and treatments for NHS Talking Therapies services and similar services in the public and private sectors.
They provide services for, but not limited to, neurodiversity assessment, adult Talking Therapies and children and young people’s mental health services.
The challenge
As a provider that offers support to the NHS Talking Therapies service, Xyla needed confidence that they would be able to seamlessly integrate with their partners. They wanted to reduce manual intervention where possible and get patients the treatment they need quicker and with more visibility on their history or reasons for referral.
The solution
iaptus ensures the seamless integration with partner services. It is a central place to securely record data, define clinical pathways, provide supervision of therapists, communicate with patients and allow them to self-book and reschedule their appointments.
Services can manage risk and monitor outcomes with the webforms feature and produce customisable reports to enhance service quality. The integrated video feature enables services to run digital therapy sessions, alongside a host of complementary tools to enhance the patient experience and efficiency of internal processes.
