iaptus ensures seamless integration with partner services

Xyla Digital Therapies was designed to help further increase the reach and accessibility of assessments and treatments for NHS Talking Therapies services and similar services in the public and private sectors.

They provide services for, but not limited to, neurodiversity assessment, adult Talking Therapies and children and young people’s mental health services.

The challenge

As a provider that offers support to the NHS Talking Therapies service, Xyla needed confidence that they would be able to seamlessly integrate with their partners. They wanted to reduce manual intervention where possible and get patients the treatment they need quicker and with more visibility on their history or reasons for referral.

The solution

iaptus ensures the seamless integration with partner services. It is a central place to securely record data, define clinical pathways, provide supervision of therapists,  communicate with patients and allow them to self-book and reschedule their appointments.

Services can manage risk and monitor outcomes with the webforms feature and produce customisable reports to enhance service quality. The integrated video feature enables services to run digital therapy sessions, alongside a host of complementary tools to enhance the patient experience and efficiency of internal processes.

iaptus is the perfect system to:

  • Provide in-depth visibility between teams, allowing digital therapy providers to work with partner services across the country to increase the reach and accessibility of talking therapies to more people in need.
  • Easily and quickly mobilise with your partners – iaptus makes an otherwise complex implementation process extremely easy for digital therapy partners and the NHS.
  • Drive greater productivity and efficiency, using features such as online appointment booking, integrated video, SMS reminders and Electronic Letters.
  • Ensure data fields accurately map back to partner services systems, ensuring accuracy for data submissions to NHS digital and reducing admin time in processing contacts with customisable dashboards and reports.
  • Log clinical notes in real time and ensure clinical safety. Notes flow back every 15 minutes which means greater visibility and insight of patients’ care.
